We are a full service law enforcement agency offering employment with a wide range of benefits available to employees and their families.
Employees interested in a Deputy Sheriff’s positions must be 21 years of age. Those interested in civilian positions must be 18. Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, honorable discharge (if prior military) and no adverse driving or criminal record.
Our selection process is thorough to ensure only the highest qualified persons are selected. This process includes, but is not limited to:
- Polygraph examination
- Extensive background investigation
- Oral Interview
- Medical Examination
- Drug Screen
