Georgia Criminal Alien Track and Report Act Quarterly Report

Per O.C.G.A 42-4-16(a)(6)

 A jail or detention facility supervisor must post a quarterly report online with the number of inmates booked, immigration status inquiries made and responses received, how many identified illegal aliens, ICE detainers issued, and a signed affidavit verifying compliance with immigration laws.
